Excursion willow plantations Brittany - 5-6 November 2008
Pictures presenting the willow plantations installed under the framework of the Wilwater project by the Agricultural Chamber of Brittany and the AILE association in Kerguehennec, Kerlavic and Pleyber-Christ.
In Kerlavic, the willow plantation has been established in 2005 and cut for the first time in December 2008. In Pleyber-Christ, several plantations have been installed between 2002 and 2005. Most of them have already been cut once. In Kerlavic and in Pleyber-Christ, four Swedish clones are planted. In Kerguehennec, the plantation has been installed in 2007 and should be cut for the first time in 2009. Only one of the Swedish clones is present in Kerguehennec.
