Excursion poplar plantations Center of France - 21-22 October 2008
Pictures presenting the poplar plantations managed by the Experimental Unit of INRA Orléans in Blois and in Vatan, in October 2008.
In Blois, the plantation has been established in 1995 and never cut. It should be definitively removed in 2009. In Vatan, the plantation has been installed in 1991 and cut once in 1998. It should be cut a second time in 2009. Three trials are present in Vatan: a production trial, a mixing trial and a clonal trial.
